History

Neville formed the business in Chiswick west London in 2022 and has been selling his handmade craft products to a loyal and growing audience. Timbers are sourced wherever possible from upcycled building materials, especially fence timbers, which are shaped and routinely finished using hand tools rather than power tools.

Neville’s grandfather Teddy Habershon taught woodwork at both Stowe and Gresham’s schools. In his garage he taught the five year old Neville to use a smoothing plane, a brace and bit and (health & safety horror) a chisel; some of the hand tools that build the product you buy are more than 50 years old.
